	Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Learning Spanning capability development and research initiatives Working Futures™ helps business and industry bodies define needs and design better ways to enable learning and knowledge transfer through sustainable approaches to ICT deployment and content design and development.
	Research Working Futures™ offers a unique advantage to our clients; the coupling of applied skills with expertise in research. We have used research to help our clients improve current practice in areas such as workforce planning, capability frameworks, content development, assessment, and technology enabled learning, compliance and people management.
	Learning Content Working with companies, educational providers and technology vendors Working Futures™ explores improved means to manage the content supply chain. This includes all stages of content from authoring to deployment, and across all forms of networks, modes, devices and contexts.
