History

Working Futures™ or, in full, The Institute for Working Futures Pty. Ltd. (acn 22 054466769), is a company committed to investigating the future of work, career pathways and capabilities required to succeed. Beginning in 1992 it has developed unique models with a focus on the competencies,
strategic people frameworks and the training and education required to sustain individual, community and business futures.

Working Futures Foundation

The Foundation has been established to remove the commercial imperative from major research projects. The Foundation's research and work focus on providing independent investigation and reports into national and industry workforce planning, regional development, and commentary on the impact the Digital Economy will have on industry and occupational structures, how young people learn and small business in regional locations.
